EmployerGuard has been designed to be exceptionally competitive and flexible. You can elect to have just the HR support element, or just the Health & Safety support element, or both. The premiums for these are based upon how many employees you have and your industry sector.

There is an initial fee of £750 for each element. For HR this includes;

• A review of your company's Staff Handbook and Contracts of Employment, or their provision where these are not in place
• An online Personnel Risk Assessment (PRA) to review your company's exisiitng policies and procedures, a review, or the provision of your staff handbook and contracts of employment; and for H&S, an on-site Health & Safety Risk Assessment and documentation audit.

ABC Manufacturing Ltd employs 45 staff and has an annual turnover of £2.1 million. They require both HR and H&S support.
